SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier issues. If there’s no change for more than 5 business days, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

Please reach out to the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also be required to pick up your package at a local facility or reschedule delivery.

Double check with neighbors or your local mailroom. If it’s still missing, please contact the carrier. You can also contact our support team via our Contact Us page within 3 days.

We take such issues seriously. If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, please contact us via our Contact Us page within
7 days. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund depending on the case. For more information check our Refund Policy.

No, a refund is not automatically issued for a 'Failed delivery' status. If your tracking shows 'Failed delivery' and you have not received your order, please contact us. You can contact our support team via our Contact Us page. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate solution based on the findings.
